COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of members and a military judge during September 1981 at the Naval Legal Service Office, Guam. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of assault with intent to commit rape, assault with a means likely to produce grievous bodily harm, and housebreaking, in violation of Articles 134 and 130, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 930, respectively.
