¶ 1 In accordance with the May 3, 2002, order of this court, the judges of Department A have considered this accelerated appeal and cross-appeal pursuant to Rule 29, Ariz. R.CivApp.P., 17B A.R.S. We have jurisdiction of this appeal and cross-appeal from the trial court’s April 30, 2002, order granting appellee/cross-appellant John Kromko partial injunctive relief, pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-2101(F)(2).
