The plaintiff, Gregory Hogan (“Hogan”), brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 against the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch (“Judicial Branch”) and several of its employees in their official capacities.
