LATTIMORE, Judge. —
Conviction for robbery; punishment, ten years in the penitentiary.
We see no need for setting out the facts at any length. The office of the American National Insurance Company in Fort Worth was held up and robbed on the 18th day of April, 1933. Two men acted together in the commission of the offense. Appellant was- identified positively as one of the men by two witnesses who were present at the time. The defense was an alibi.
