DAVIDSON, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree and given twenty years in the penitentiary; hence this appeal.
The record contains something over 300 pages of typewritten matter, a great deal of which is absolutely unnecessary to a proper understanding of the points in the case necessary to be reviewed by this court.
