{¶ 1} This matter comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties’ briefs, and their oral arguments to this court. Appellant, Sherry Scarabino, appeals from the judgment of the Columbiana Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, East Liverpool City Hospital, on her claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress and harassment in violation of public policy.
