OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Michelle Cooper ("Cooper"), appeals from the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas' entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Valvoline Instant Oil Change ("Valvoline"),1 on Cooper's negligence claim. For the following reasons, we affirm.

{¶ 2} This action arises out of injuries that Cooper sustained on December 20, 2003, when she slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk adjacent to the Valvoline store on Hamilton Road in Whitehall, Ohio.
