OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Paramount Parks Inc., appeals the decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Admiral Insurance Company, in a commercial liability insurance coverage action.1
{¶ 2} In December 1998, Paramount entered into a contract with Roller Coaster Company of Ohio, LLC ("RCCO"), whereby RCCO agreed to provide engineering services and materials for the construction of Paramount's Son of Beast Roller Coaster at Kings Island Amusement Park, in Warren County, Ohio.
