RILEY, Circuit Judge.

August Holthaus, Jr. (Holthaus) pled guilty to knowingly and fraudulently making a false declaration or statement in connection with his bankruptcy petition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152(3). The district court 1 sentenced Holthaus to 5 months’ imprisonment followed by 5 months’ home detention during 3 years’ supervised release. The court also ordered mandatory restitution of $8,093.02, pursuant to the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act (MVRA), 18 U.S.C. § 3663A, for uncompensated legal services and out-of-pocket expenses.
