MURRAY, Justice.

This matter is before this court on a petition for certiorari filed by Harmel Corporation (Harmel). The petitioner asks us to review a Superior Court judgment affirming two decisions of the Tiverton Zoning Board of Review (the board). On February 10, 1988, the board denied Harmel’s appeal from the Tiverton building inspector’s denial of a building permit for a proposed addition to an existing building.
