2Per curiam
Failure to prosecute civil claims in a timely fashion resulted in the dismissal of this case. The plaintiffs, Ronald Harvey, Manuel Meló, Harmel Corp., and The Hot Spot, Inc., appeal from the judgment that dismissed their complaint under Rule 41(b)(2) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to prosecute. The plaintiffs contend that the trial justice abused her discretion in dismissing the action.
