This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of defendants in an action brought by appellant to set aside transfers alleged to have been made in fraud of creditors.
Prior to December, 1937, defendants Martha C. Towers, W. R. Towers and Maysie K. Towers, his wife, were indebted to Bank of America National Trust & Savings Association on a promissory note, which said note was secured by a deed of trust upon certain real property hereinafter referred to as the Newcastle Ranch property.
