This case stems from Plaintiff Rhonda Turpin’s prior convictions and sentences in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. On August 29, 2014, Ms. Turpin filed a complaint in this Court, seeking $74,000 as a crime victim under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act (“CVRA”), 18 U.S.C. § 3771, and injunctive relief against the District Court in Ohio.
