Plaintiff Phillip Near brings this diversity action alleging state-law claims against Titan Global Holdings, Inc. (“Titan”) and three individuals associated with Titan, Frank Crivello, David Marks, and Bryan Chance (collectively, “the Titan defendants”); Greystone Business Credit, LLC (“Greystone”); and Goldberg Kohn Bell Black Rosenbloom & Moritz, Ltd.
