MEMORANDUM ORDER

I. Introduction

HALLANAN, District Judge.

This action is based on claims arising out of an automobile insurance policy which Plaintiff Stone had with Defendant Motorists Mutual Insurance Co. (“Motorists Mutual”). The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 and venue is proper in this district pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391.
