In this action to collect underinsured motorist insurance benefits, Berling Miller and his wife, Virginia Miller, appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County. That order granted a motion for summary judgment on behalf of the insurer, Travelers Insurance Company (hereinafter “Travelers”) thereby denying insurance coverage for the appellants.
