Transferring the Action to the Southern District of Florida

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the court on the defendants’ motion to transfer venue to the Southern District of Florida. The plaintiffs are the Sierra Club, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the National Parks Conservation Association.
