Kashif Aftab brings claims against the Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“CIS”), the Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and the Director of CIS’ Texas Service Center (“TSC”), alleging that they have unreasonably delayed processing his application for adjustment of his status.
