This is a wrongful death medical malpractice case. The appellant, Homer D. Schmidt, contends that the trial court erred in granting the motion for summary judgment of the appellees, Dr. Stanley Browning, Arkansas Anesthesia, P.A., and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company as insurer of Baptist Medical Center. We disagree as to appellees, Browning and Arkansas Anesthesia, P.A., and affirm as to them.
