Appellee Dark’s six-year-old son, while playing with other children on a rock fence March 4, 1937, suffered green stick fractures of both the ulna and radius bones of the left arm. The accident occurred about noon, and shortly thereafter Dark took the injured boy to Dr. Brown’s office. Dr. Brown thought the arm should be X-rayed before any treatment was administered, and suggested availability of a Walnut Ridge physician.
