MARTIN, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from an opinion and award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission, rejecting her claim for workers’ compensation benefits as a result of her contracting the hepatitis C virus. The evidence presented to the deputy commissioner and reviewed by the Full Commission tended to show that plaintiff was employed by Tammy Lynn Center (“Center” or “defendant-employer”) from October 1989 until February 1995.
