OPINION

SHARPNACK, Chief Judge.

Dollie Stafford Manns appeals the trial court’s judgment affirming the administrative order in favor of Bradley W. Skolnik, Securities Commissioner, Sue Ann Gilroy, Secretary of State, and the State (collectively the “appellees”). The order held that a document prepared by Manns constituted a “security” and, therefore, that Manns had violated several sections of Indiana’s securities law.
