This is an appeal by A. A. Biggs, plaintiff in the lower court, from a judgment of the district court of Hughes county rendered in favor of the defendants below, the Federal Land Bank of Wichita, Kan., a corporation, and Ernest Kiker, upon their separate demurrers to the plaintiff’s evidence. Plaintiff’s original petition set forth two causes of action. In the first cause of action plaintiff alleged that he had entered into an oral contract with said bank to purchase certain farm property located in Hughes county, and that said bank not only refused to convey said property to the plaintiff in…
