Plaintiff Louis R. Anemone sues the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) and individual defendants Peter S. Kalikow, Katherine N. Lapp, Gary J. Dellaverson, and Matthew D. Sansverie in their individual and official capacities under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) for violations of free speech and due process rights secured by the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
