The Highland Hotel Company, a corporation, was the owner of considerable property in Campbell county, con*614sisting of a couple of hotels, including grounds, buildings and parks, suitable for summer resorts and entertainments. The appellant, L. J. Crawford, and appellee, Charles Wiedemann, were the principal owners of the stock, both common and preferred, of that corporation.
