Appellant, Niyazz Milburn, appeals from the Judgment of Sentence of 7½ to 20 years' incarceration following his jury conviction of Robbery, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License, Carrying a Firearm in Public in Philadelphia, and Possession of an Instrument of Crime ("PIC"). Appellant challenges the denial of his Motion to Suppress Identification and Physical Evidence. After careful review, we affirm.
