OPINION OF THE COURT
RENDELL, Circuit Judge.
Hector Linarez-Delgado appeals his conviction for conspiracy to import approximately 16 kilograms of ecstasy in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963, conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute ecstasy in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and four substantive counts of importation' of ecstasy in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952, 960(a)(1) and (b)(3), and 18 U.S.C. § 2, as well as the sentence of 170 months of imprisonment imposed by the District Court.
