OPINION

HOCHBERG, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Lester Doll, (“Doll”) a former employee of defendant Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation (“PATH”), filed a complaint on August 18, 1997, alleging that his discharge by PATH in January, 1996:(i) discriminated against him on the basis of his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 623; (ii) constituted wrongful termination and breach of contract under New Jersey law; and (iii) negligently inflicted emotional distress upon him. 1 PATH brings the instant mo tion for summary judgment, which will be granted…
