This ruling is with respect to the objection (Doc. # 9945) of Oolenoy Valley Consulting LLC (“Oolenoy”), the trustee of the Safety-Kleen Creditor Trust, to Proofs of Claim Nos. 4854 and 18500 filed by David Carter in the bankruptcy cases of Safety-Kleen Corp. and certain of its affiliated debtors (collectively “the Debtors”).
