Viet I-Mei Frozen Foods Co., Ltd., successor in interest to Grobest & I-Mei Industrial (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (collectively Grobest), appeals the decision of the Court of International Trade (CIT) affirming the U.S. Department of Commerce’s final results in the reconducted fourth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam.
