Appeal by the plaintiff, Ella M. Bennett, from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of the defendants, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 30th day of April, 1903, upon the dismissal of the complaint bv direction of the court after a trial at the New York Trial Term, and also from an order made on the 27th day of March, 1903, denying the plaintiff’s motion for a hew trial made upon the minutes.

This action is brought to recover damages foiva claimed unwarranted discharge of the plaintiff from, her employment by the defendants.
