MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHARLES R. RICHEY, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on a motion to compel answers to interrogatories pro*379pounded to the defendants Clarence M. Kelley and Griffin Bell. The complaint seeks damages and injunctive relief, alleging, inter alia, that a massive conspiracy has been maintained since 1955 to harass and destroy the Founding Church of Scientology and to interfere with the first amendment rights of members of the Church.
