This suit centers on plaintiff’s allegations that defendant negligently allowed water to collect and remain on the floor near the entrance to its store at 1230 Broad Street, Falls Church, Virginia, and that, as a result, plaintiff slipped and fell in that water. Complaint at MI 8 — 10. Now before the Court are plaintiff’s motions to compel answers to interrogatories and production of documents.
