This is a petition for review of a decision of the District of Columbia Commission on Human Rights (Commission) awarding interve-nor, the Estate of Richard Andre Hamilton, litigation expenses and attorney’s fees. Petitioners, Sandra Butler and Natural Motion by Sandra, Inc., claim that the Commission erred in awarding attorney’s fees because Hamilton’s petition for fees was not timely filed.
