THE COURT.

This proceeding was instituted by petitioner for the purpose of reviewing an order of the Board of Governors of The State Bar of California recommending that he be disbarred from practice of law in this state. No findings were made by the Board of Bar Governors but by resolution of said board the findings of the local administrative committee were adopted and the recommendation of disbarment based thereon made to this court.
