On June 24, 2011, Plaintiff Irving Griffin (“Griffin”) filed a complaint against Defendant Cedar Fair, L.P. dba California’s Great America (“Cedar Fair”). Griffin alleges that Cedar Fair violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and related California state statutes.
