This is a motion for summary judgment by interpleader defendants Richard J. Curtis, Sr. (“Curtis”), and Holly Wendell (“Wendell”), as executrix of the estate of Robert S. Wendell, declaring that they are entitled to $8,371.71 — the balance of a $20,-000 fund deposited in this Court by plaintiff Great Western Cities, Inc. 1 Curtis and Wendell also seek money judgments in excess of the balance now on deposit.
