MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PAYNE, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the motion of J.C. Bangerter & Sons, Inc. (“Bangerter”), and Steven W. Towns (“Towns”) to change the venue of this statutory inter-pleader action and to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction the cross-claims which have been asserted against them, and on the motion of Carolina Casualty Insurance Company (“Carolina Casualty”) for injunctive relief.
