Before the court is defendants’ motion to quash service of process (# 16). For the reasons stated below, defendants’ motion to is denied.
Background
Plaintiff R. Griggs Group, Ltd. (hereinafter Griggs), a company of the United Kingdom, filed this action against Filanto Spa (hereinafter Filanto), an Italian company, for trademark infringement, seeking damages and declaratory and injunctive relief.
