Action by appellant against appellees for the possession of certain described real estate situated in Harrison county, and damages for the unlawful possession thereof.
Appellee Thula Biddle filed her cross-complaint claiming title to the real estate involved by virtue of twenty years possession under claim of title. The issues were closed both on the complaint and the cross-complaint, by answers in denial.
