Dausman, J.

This action was instituted by appellee Drusilla Carr in the Lake Superior Court, by filing her complaint to quiet title to the following described real estate in Lake county, viz.:

Lots 1 and 2, in section 31, in township 37 north, in range 7 west of the second principal meridian, and all that part of said section 31 lying north of said lots 1 *564and 2, above described, and all that part of said section lying north of the Indian boundary line.
