Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Connor, J.), entered September 20, 1984 in Ulster County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff was employed by defendant in 1969 and was discharged by a unanimous vote of the board of directors in August 1983. During that time, he served in a number of different capacities, most notably as a vice-president.
