Certiorari to review an order of the Industrial Commission reversing the decision of the referee and awarding compensation benefits to the employee, Edward Sobczyk.

On August 18, 1952, and for approximately 40 years prior to that date, Sobczyk was employed by the fire department of the city of Duluth. He was the captain of the station located in Gary-New Duluth.
