Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission granting compensation to widow of deceased employee.

The referee found that on September 4, 1953, Oscar Rosvold was employed under a Minnesota contract of hire by Independent Consolidated School District No. 102 at a weekly wage of $120; that said employee died on September 5, 1953, but that said death bore no causal relationship to said employment; and that the employer and insurer had statutory notice and knowledge of said death within 90 days thereof.
