This case is before the court on Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Concerning Plaintiffs Employed by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) in the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and plaintiffs’ cross-motion for partial summary judgment.2 The parties’ motions have been fully briefed, and oral argument was neither requested by the parties nor required by the court.
