Plaintiff Veronica Grage brings this claim against her employer, Northern States Power Company — Minnesota (“NSP”) for failure to pay her overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). Both parties move for summary judgment. NSP argues that there is no genuine dispute of material fact that Grage is exempt from overtime under the FLSA because her position as a “Supervisor I” falls under either the “administrative” or the “combination” exemption of the FLSA.
