MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION
In their Complaint [Docket No. 1], Plaintiffs Douglas Ahle (“Ahle”), Andrew Jordan (“Jordan”), William Wiseman (“Wiseman”), and the opt-in Plaintiffs (collectively “Plaintiffs”) assert claims against Defendant Veracity Research Co. (“Veracity”) for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219.
