Presently before the court are Defendants Guidelines, Inc. and Mark Langevin’s motion to compel production of documents and Plaintiff Heron Interact, Inc.’s cross-motion to strike. Both motions relate to the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition of Gary M. Chacho (“Chacho”), Plaintiffs principal.
