This action was begun by the plaintiffs in error, as plaintiffs, in the district court of Cherokee county, to enjoin James S. Sanders, county treasurer of said county, from selling certain' town lots in the city of Tahlequah for the payment of outstanding warrants issued against said lots-for the construction of sewers.
