The plaintiff, Donna Perry-Anderson, brings this action against her former employer, Howard University Hospital (“HUH”),, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq,, asserting two counts of failure to accommodate her disability.
